Never Can Say Goodbye Release
Last night, June 25, MSNBC’s Dateline aired an interview with the mother of Michael Jackson as news organizations, bloggers, and fans around the world commemorated the first anniversary of his death. Katherine Jackson, who is raising Michael’s children–Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr. aka Prince; Paris Michael Katherine; and Prince Michael Jackson II aka “Blanket”–has written a coffee table book about her son, Never Can Say Goodbye, with the help of part-time journalist Sonia Lowe.
The book, which is a collection of personal memories and family photos, is only available online at Michael Jackson’s Secret Vault website, where you will see the soft-spoken mother of the legend thanking fans for the kindness they’ve showed her family over the last year, as stated in the interview, is not know for not being in the spotlight. A friend steps into the picture to promote the book and say the lauch party for Never Can Say Goodbye happens Saturday, June 26, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. News at the site says the book sold 25,000 copies within its first two days of sales.
